Vascular Surgery

The Vascular Surgery Department at Simhapuri Hospitals offers complete, harmonized surgical and non-surgical care for all non-cardiac vascular diseases (including endovascular and open surgical repair). The department is ably supported by a state-of-the-art laboratory that enables accurate diagnostic testing and investigations of vascular insufficiency disease.

A vascular surgeon is available Monday through Friday and is also on call 24 hours a day for emergencies. Same day appointments can be arranged for cases considered urgent. Vascular ultrasound and duplex scanning which are modes of non-invasive testing are utilized for initial assessment and patient monitoring at a later stage. A conservative approach to care is embraced beginning with non-invasive treatments and lifestyles and timely monitoring of the condition. Surgical intervention is always the last resort at .
