How to get a treatment plan with quotation before arriving to the hospital?

We can provide the detailed treatment plan with expert suggestions including with the quotation for the treatment with duration of stay. We require the patient’s case history including past treatment taken, latest medical reports, as well as current clinical status. These reports will be reviewed by our expert consultant team to provide you with possible treatment plan. We will respond to you within 24 hours of the receipt of the reports with the appropriate specialist doctor’s opinion and approximate cost details.

You can send your medical reports to international@simhapurihospitals.com or info@simhapurihospitals.com for your treatment plan.

Will hospital help us getting a visa?

Yes we help you to get medical visa. Once after confirming your visit to Simhapuri Hospitals, we will provide a visa assistance letter to the nearest Indian Embassy in your country. This will help you obtain a medical visa. To process visa assistance letter, we would require the following information:

  • Patient’s name
  • Passport number
  • Companion’s name and passport number
  • Your tentative date of arrival to our facility

Note: International patients have to register at the Foreigner’s Regional Registration Office (FRRO) within 14 days of their arrival. Our international patient coordinator team will help with all the formalities.

We do not speak English and we are not conversant with the native Indian languages. How do we communicate with the doctors?

Our international coordinator team at Simhapuri Hospitals will organise the service of a language interpreter (translator) who will be with you from picking up at the airport and will help you to communicate effectively during the treatment process till dropping back to the airport.

If my family is accompanying me, where can they stay?

Our international coordinator team will coordinate for your attenders stay at nearby hotel or guest house as per their convenience and budget.

What about food choices? Will the kind of food I prefer be made available to me?

Yes, we will do our best to prepare and serve you a variety of choices of food as per your preference. However all dietary prescriptions are subject to your doctor’s (dietician) advice and appropriate to your health status. Smoking and alcohol use are prohibited in the hospital premises.

What are the payment modes available for me to clear the hospital bill?

We accept all major national and international credit & debit cards. We also accept payment for In-patient services in the following currencies: INR, USD, Omani Riyal, UAE Dirham, Kuwait Dinar, Saudi Riyal, Singapore Dollars etc.

Who will be the single point of contact for me?

Our international patient coordinators will be the only point of contact for you in the hospital. They will coordinate for all your medical and non-medical needs (including language translation).

Do I need colors, when painting?

Sixteen million colors in your palette are hard for any artist, especially a beginner, to turn down.

What kind of care will be available during the treatment?

We provide the best patient care for all our patients, we implement 1:1 ratio of patient:nurse to ensure the best patient care. Also with regular consultations with the key doctor will be available to ensure patient stays in comfort zone during treatment.
